Warnings of Clamping
During jelqing you are developing extra amount of pressure over your penis which would cause severe injury of your penis. So be careful when you are clamping of your penis. Some common injuries may be found such as lymph vessel and thromboses.
Positive signs:
* Temporary growing
* Engorged penis
* Apparent growth
* Veins
Negative signs
* Numbness
* Pain
* Tingling
* Coldness
* Penis turning very dark.
During the clamping session the penis may be dark with few shades. If you feel very dark or like black, it is not good sign.
Note: if the penis is very dark in normal situation, then you can use negative indication for stopping.
When you will experience any negative signs of your penis, you must stop clamping and you should apply warm up your penis.
Suggestion for beginning clamping session
You have to use the clamp one day on and one day off mode which will be better for you in the beginning stage.
Exercises while Clamped:
Clamping alone will cause enough pressure and it will give significant girth gains. More exercise may not be needed while clamping to obtain results. When you will be experienced clamper you will be able to do more exercise to get the best results.
Be cautious during clamping exercise. During your clamping session you can perform any advanced girth exercise. If you have no experience over this please don’t try to perform it. Some advanced exercises are as follows that you can try.
